Sales and Talent Coordinator

Key Responsibilites
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
- Help manage onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and first-day coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist in business development activities
- Help manage diaries and coordinate meetings/interviews
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain professional communication standards across all touchpoints.
- Proven experience in a sales support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
