We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch and Sales Manager at our Mosgiel location. You will be an integral part of the running of the branch, including management of staff, and be a key member of the sales team in the fast-paced agricultural industry.
We are looking for a proven leader with an impressive sales and management record. If you work well within a team, can understand and exceed client’s needs, and build strong positive relationships, this could be the opportunity for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a management role in the agricultural industry.
- Experience in sales and a good knowledge of tractors, precision agricultural technology and wider agricultural machinery.
- Strong human resources and health and safety capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to and learn the John Deere suite of products and services.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time, as well as ensuring the wider branch and sales team have the appropriate level of support and guidance.
- Understanding of what drives, motivates and creates engagement, performance, and efficiency with staff.
- Good computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
- A team player.
- Flexible and resilient.
