Part-Time Sales Consultant

Tilemax is an independent direct tile importer, delivering Max Value, Variety, and Service across a National chain of 10 dedicated Tilemax stores and wider reseller network.

• Assist customers in selecting tiles for their homes and projects
• Deliver exceptional service from first contact to final sale
• Build and nurture relationships with key account holders
• Help maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and presentation
• Process sales and handle product enquiries
• Work closely with your team to achieve store goals

• Previous sales or retail experience is a plus — but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
• A genuine passion for design, interiors, and creating great customer experiences
• A positive, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail with a flair for presentation
• Confidence using point-of-sale systems and basic admin tools
• Enthusiasm for sales and a drive to succeed
