Zzan is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy Korean restaurant.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Planning, organising and controlling the overall operations of the restaurant
Managing recruitment, training, supervision and performance of staffEnsuring high standards of customer service and dining experience
Monitoring food quality, service standards and presentation
Managing stock control, purchasing and supplier relationships
Overseeing budgeting, financial performance and cost control
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and employment legislation
Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints
Implementing strategies to improve sales growth and operational efficiency
Requirements:Applicants must have: At least 3 years’ relevant restaurant management experience, OR
A relevant NZQF Level 7 qualification (or higher) in hospitality or business management.
Remuneration:Hourly rate: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Important: Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
