Machine Operator

Our client is seeking detail-oriented and reliable candidates with a passion for working with machinery. Join the team as a Machine Operator and become a key part of their production process!

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe set up, operation, and maintenance of production machinery to meet daily production goals. You will work closely with production supervisors, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct pre-startup inspections and perform minor preventive maintenance
  • Set up machinery according to specifications and product requirements
  • Load raw materials and ensure consistent material feed
  • Monitor output to detect issues such as machine malfunction or product defects
  • Document production data and report irregularities to supervisors
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements:**
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or manuals
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
