Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of freight movements, coordinating logistics activities related to refrigerated goods and making sure the customer's experience is second to none.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on delivery status.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving skills.
Documentation and Manifesting:
  • Prepare and verify documents, enter manifests, and check labels for delivery.
  • Keep the TMS system up to date and accurate.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient movement of refrigerated goods.
  • Monitor shipments in transit and provide real-time updates to customers and stakeholders.
Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of consignments, customer interactions, and logistics activities.
  • Utilise TMS software and systems to track and manage freight movements.

Qualifications: * Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the refrigeration industry.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
