Receptionist / On Call
What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life, excels in problem-solving, and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
What You Bring:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality and people of all cultures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays including on call shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Handling bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assisting with hostel weekly/daily tasks and events.
- Managing unexpected situations (yes, even the occasional tipsy guest!) with calm and care.
