Clinic Receptionist & Treatment Assistant

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and managing appointments with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phone calls and emails, handling enquiries efficiently and with care
• Maintaining client records and ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy protocols
• Setting up treatment rooms and assisting the doctor with preparation and turnover
• Supporting general clinic operations, including admin and light cleaning tasks
• Communicating clearly with part-time nurses and other team members
• Staying on top of daily priorities and helping wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic is a big plus
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is desirable but not essential—we’ll teach the right person
• Strong admin and front desk experience, with excellent attention to detail
• A fast learner who can adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Proactive and positive attitude—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Professional, friendly, and confident in dealing with clients
• Strong respect for patient privacy and clinic standards
