Business partner in new business - Sales and Marketing
- Seeking a business development/sales and marketing person as a joint partner to build the business for a multi award winning digital video service for health and wellbeing support.
- This is a local and international market. The service has already been sold to the NHS in UK but we need to think wider and online.
- You will be working with myself as the specialist Therapeutic cinematic video creator and product designer.
- The digital product has a long term evidence base across several health areas and many areas are yet to be followed up.
- Income will be from a share in the business to be negotiated on what you bring to the business and results
- This is a work from home offer or if you have your own tiny home etc. a live on site lifestyle on 10 acres of special nature in the Kapiti region could be negotiated within its context of a wider diverse holistic community.
- The product can be offered as an online learning and support tool.
- You will have some current relevant experiences.
- You maybe operating in a relevant associated field already and want to take on a new product.
- You may want a change from pressured business working and want to align yourself with -
- A mindful holistic approach to working and promoting a holistic health and well-being approach to life,
- Helping others have access to this in their healthcare experiences and in their lives.
- Having a holistic view of nature, the world and people, will help you in aligning and understanding the product and its potential impact and communicating with holistically aware clients.
- Be able to present this work in film presentations to evoke an aligned quality of calmness, stillness and holistic connection and feel/ instill a connection to the whenua
- Ideally have some understanding of the impacts of mental health and wellbeing, stress reduction and education
- You will be a natural self starter
- You may want to work part time initially or in the long term to be negotiated.
- Demonstrate a track record of honesty and integrity and trust as these are essential values.
- Have a clean record in regard bad debts or any failure to meet your financial commitments in business or personally
- Have access to a vehicle and a clean driving license.
- You will be comfortable working on line platforms, potentially accessing many connections via Linked In etc.
- Skills in maintaining and running the day to day business successfully is essential.
- Website marketing and promotion skills and producing and updating marketing documents etc, is also important.
- Be good at and enjoy relating to people and have clear written and verbal communication skills on digital devices.
- Be able to set up and run engagement campaigns across professional and public media platforms as appropriate.
- Be comfortable and aware of working in sales, pitching to new clients and existing clients and negotiating contracts .
- Be comfortable in thinking outside the box and seeing and co creating opportunities for new markets.
- Be focused and be a completer including the detail required for license documentation, contracts, payments, keeping and completing legal business accounts.
