Role description:As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will provide leadership in both technical and people management, contribute to project delivery, and guide teams towards modernised practices through automation tools.
Responsibilities will include:- Lead client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Manage and support project teams, ensuring project success.
- Adopt digital tools to enhance workflows and improve efficiency.
- Oversee project management tasks, including pricing and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in civil engineering projects.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and business development.
- Experience with automation tools like Python, Power BI, or AI platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
