Civil Construction Driver/labourer
We have a client in Dunedin that has the busy summer season ahead. We’re looking for skilled Driver/labourer for a top-tier civil company. If you have a class 2 license and civil experience, we have work for you!
Location: DunedinStart date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $28–33 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours : 7am to 5pm
Your role will involve:
- Class 2 truck driving
- Supporting with manual labour and general site work as required
- Operating a variety of civil machinery
- Carrying out trenching, bulk earthworks, base prep, and final trim work
- Performing vehicle checks and reporting mechanical issues to site supervisor
- Completing basic vehicle upkeep such as cleaning and refuelling
We’re looking for people with:
- Full Class 2
- WTR endorsements (preferred but not required)
- Strong experience in civil works, laying pipe, back filling, asphalting, curb and channel
- Health and Safety awareness
- Clean MOJ
- Able to pass a pre employment drug test
- Weekly pay
- Potential for ongoing work

Day shifts available—some sites may extend into night hours depending on project needs.
