Yin Ji Chang fen is a Cantonese-style restaurant located in New Market, Auckland. Since its establishment, we have received numerous customers' positive feedback. With the business becoming busier, we are hiring a restaurant manager to join our team.

About the job:

Restaurant manager
Full-time, at least 30 hours per week
Hour rate: NZD 32-38 per hour, depending on your experience

Key responsibilities:

Hire, train and supervise front house staff
May take bookings
Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level
Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with dishes and services
Organize supply purchase
Plan budgets and rosters
Plan menus in consultation with chefs
Plan and organize special functions if required
Premotions and adverting

The successful candidates will have:

3 years Hospitality Experience OR
Relevant qualification, diploma above.
An enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude.
The ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
