Working closely with Registered Nurses and Health Professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, patient-centred outpatient services. Your contribution will directly support the smooth running of the clinic.Key Responsibilities:Provide front desk reception services by verifying patient contact details, ensuring clinical staff are promptly informed of patient arrivals, and accurately registering patients in the iPM systemManage phone calls, appointments and clinical recordsMaintain tidy, well-stocked consultation rooms including linen and stationeryUphold patient privacy and confidentiality while delivering exceptional careAssisting the team to ensure smooth clinic operationsAbout YouYou are a dependable team player with a blend of administrative expertise and outstanding customer service skills.
Your ability to prioritise tasks, communicate effectively, and collaborate with colleagues will be essential in this dynamic healthcare environment.The ideal candidate will need to have;Minimum of one year’s experience in a service- based environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesProven team collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced settingWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
