About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Assistant to enhance the patient experience within our Cardiology Clinic. Working closely with Registered Nurses and Health Professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, patient-centred outpatient services.

Your contribution will directly support the smooth running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk reception services by verifying patient contact details, ensuring clinical staff are promptly informed of patient arrivals, and accurately registering patients in the iPM system
Manage phone calls, appointments and clinical records
Maintain tidy, well-stocked consultation rooms including linen and stationery
Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality while delivering exceptional care

Assisting the team to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You

You are a dependable team player with a blend of administrative expertise and outstanding customer service skills. Your ability to prioritise tasks, communicate effectively, and collaborate with colleagues will be essential in this dynamic healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will need to have;

Minimum of one year's experience in a service- based environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Proven team collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
