**The Role**
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, with a focus on reticulation water but also experience with structures, rail and urban infrastructure. **What You’ll Be Doing**- Owning Project Delivery – Ensuring projects are safely completed on time, within budget, while meeting client expectations
- Leading Project Teams – Providing leadership and direction to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resource Organisation – Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (both direct resource and subcontracted) to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Strengthening Industry Partnerships – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for long-term success and market opportunities.
- Formal Qualification – In Civil Engineering preferred, or a similar related field, along with Level 4 Certificate in Water Reticulation
- Proven civil construction experience – Particularly in water reticulation but also in structures, rail and/or urban infrastructure projects.
- Strong track record – Minimum 5 years experience delivering complex civils projects on time and within budget
- Strong Project Management Skills – across safety, contracts, financial management, programming and stakeholder management.
- Technical Proficiency – Strong computer literacy and familiarity with construction management software.
- Collaborative and Solutions-Focused Attitude – Someone who adds value and takes ownership of projects.
