You will be adept at handling executive-level correspondence, drafting communications, and ensuring seamless coordination of the Region Manager's commitments.Key responsibilities include:Managing the preparation, collation, and submission of governance and committee papers.Overseeing the secretariat function for key regional committees, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and monitoring action items.Coordinating complex travel arrangements and ensuring smooth logistical planning.Building and maintaining effective relationships to facilitate the efficient execution of the Region Manager's work programme.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:Manage any secretariat function for key regional committees, including setting the programme for the year, preparing agendas, arranging minute taking, implementing actions and monitoring completion of tasks and activities.Manage the Region Manager's travel arrangements, including liaison with the organisation's travel provider, the preparation of travel itineraries and other relevant travel documentation.Draft clear, concise communications (letters, emails, internal/external content) tailored to different audiences.Proofread and edit for clarity, consistency, and alignment with company standards and branding.
