• Lead and inspire the kitchen team during busy services
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Oversee preparation and execution of dishes with attention to detail
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
• Contribute to menu planning and seasonal development
• Collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience

• Proven chef experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor others
• Creativity and passion for producing high-quality food
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping standards high
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Wood-fire pizza experience is a nice to have
