Located in the Tauranga CBD Florence Bistro is a modern Italian Cafe & Restaurant. We are currently after an experienced Chef de partie to join our team.
About the role
Working closely with our team of chefs and owners, your role is to support the cook- line, and food preparation.
You will be given full training but the most important aspect of this job is your willingness to learn along with an exceptional attitude. This is a full-time permanent position, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Pay rate between $25 -$30 p/h depending on attitude & experience
Key responsibilities- Support the team in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness & food safety compliance at all times
- Maintain complete professionalism and a great work ethic at all times
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef- de- partie
