Requirements: Digital marketing experience is preferred; Level 7 Bachelor degree or At least 5 year related experience.

Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours, with standard hours of 30-45 hours per week

1. Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
2. Advising director on advertising strategies and campaigns
3. Coordinating production of advertising campaigns, such as copywriting, media scripting, and media placement, within time and budget constraints
4. Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
5. Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
6. Undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
7. Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and selling.
8. Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content to social media platforms and websites
9. Applying statistical modelling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability
10. Monitoring performance of initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights as required
11. Analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to adjust marketing plans.
12. Research new tools and software to maintain business innovation.
