Marketing Specialist

100% Construction Ltd is a fast-growing project management company focused on residential and commercial construction projects throughout New Zealand. We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Auckland team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, brand development, and strategic promotion within the construction sector.

Hourly rate: $30 to $35 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and support ongoing growth in construction project management services.
• Manage and launch digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TradeMe, Google Ads, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
• Produce high-quality content including promotional videos, social media posts and marketing collateral targeting property developers, contractors, and potential clients.
• Promote the company’s completed and upcoming projects, project management capabilities, and value-added services through online and offline channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and partnership opportunities.
• Organise marketing events, client presentations, and industry networking sessions to enhance brand recognition and client engagement.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by using digital tools and performance analytics.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Art Design, etc; OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong visual communication skills in graphic design, advertising layout, and multimedia content production.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.
• Prior experience in construction, property, or project-based industries is highly valued.
