Full Time Cafe Assistant manager(Full Time)

You'll be working alongside a passionate team that provides great customer service and is backed by a talented team of chefs producing an outstanding range of food using quality, local ingredients.

We want passionate, confident, and motivated individuals. If you love making coffee, love providing excellent customer service and have sound food and coffee knowledge then we want YOU!

About You:

• Excellent knowledge of making coffee in busy environment.
• Minimum two years experience in similar environment
• Team Leadership – the ability to support, manage and coach your team
• Be willing to learn and upskill constantly
• Great presentation with strong communication and people skills at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
• A can-do positive attitude with a genuine passion for people and hospitality
• Genuine love for hospitality
• Be available to work a flexible roster including weekends
• Relevant industry qualification is an advantage
• Be available on weekend
