Employment- Fulltime- Permanent

Wages- $25 to $32.75/hr

Location: Cambridge, Waikato

Job responsibilities include:

• Plan and organise the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service flow.
• Develop and implement service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
• Supervise the activities of the kitchen, dining, and service staff to ensure effective operations.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with team members to maintain a high standard of service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints, aiming to create a positive dining experience.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff, ensuring they understand service standards and health regulations.
• Assist in planning menus in consultation with chefs, keeping in line with customer preferences and cost requirements.
• Develop budgets, monitor sales, and control operating expenses to ensure profitability.
• Manage cash handling, including opening and closing cash registers, and prepare financial reports as required.
• Organise and promote special events or seasonal promotions to attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with local food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

• The applicant must have 2-3 years of relevant experience
