What You’ll Do: Lead all kitchen operations and uphold excellent food quality standards
Design and develop seasonal menus that complement our range of craft beersCreate new, innovative dishes that showcase local ingredients and bold flavours
Manage stock, suppliers, and food costs effectively
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
Strong creativity and passion for menu developmentExcellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Knowledge of food cost management and kitchen systems
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
