Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese dishes, demonstrating sound knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles
- Follow established recipes and cooking methods to ensure consistency in flavour, presentation, and quality
- Assist with daily menu execution, food-preparation planning, and service coordination
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and overall kitchen workflow during busy service periods
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Support kitchen operations for the new store, including preparation for opening and daily setup
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial kitchen experience
- Proven skills in Chinese cuisine, particularly Chinese hot dishes, dim sum, pastries, noodles, cold dishes, and desserts are highly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to commit to long-term employment and work flexible hours as required
