We are looking for a well-experienced Chef with experience and knowledge in all traditional -Indian food. Preparation for functions, marriages and catering otders.
planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
preparing and cooking food
explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
may select and train staff
may freeze and preserve foods
May able to add varities in the curries.
Pay rate: $ 30.00
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience especially in Indian Cuisine.
You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills to perform the following tasksplanning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

Must be able to follow Health and safety Policies.
Job Type: permant & ongoingPay rate: $ 30.00
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Weekend availabilty: Must be able to work on weekend, if required.
