• Competitive pay rate: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week

• Opportunity to work within a large and energetic hospitality team of 40+ staff

• Develop menus and assist with estimating food and labour costs
• Source and manage food supplies and kitchen inventory
• Collaborate with managers and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
• Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance to junior kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with selecting, training, and supervising kitchen staff where required
• Manage food preservation, freezing, and storage procedures appropriately

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience,

• A relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends if required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer experiences
