Car Service Manager
Paeroa | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Car Service Manager to lead our busy workshop.
This is not a desk-only management role. You’ll be working on the workshop floor daily, carrying out servicing and repairs alongside the team, while also overseeing workflow, quality control, and customer communication.
If you’re a qualified technician who enjoys leadership, takes pride in high standards, and wants to step into a key role within a well-established, locally owned automotive business, this could be the perfect next move.

As our Service Manager, you’ll balance hands-on mechanical work with workshop coordination and team leadership. You’ll set the tone for efficiency, professionalism, and customer service.

- Team culture that values hard work and good humour (and the occasional staff BBQ ??)
This is an ideal role for a senior mechanic who wants the next step in their career without leaving the workshop floor behind.
If this sounds like you, apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and current WOF status.
