Whyteline is looking for a capable and motivated Motorcycle Service Manager to lead our motorcycle workshop operations. Based in the heart of the Hauraki Plains, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, friendly team that services a wide range of on-road and off-road bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll balance people management, workflow coordination, and customer service while still staying closely connected to the workshop floor.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and supporting the motorcycle workshop team to deliver high-quality, efficient work
  • Managing daily workflow, job scheduling, and technician allocation
  • Liaising with customers, providing clear communication around servicing, repairs, and timelines
  • Ensuring warranty, service, and repair work meets manufacturer and compliance standards
  • Overseeing parts coordination with the parts department
  • Maintaining a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
  • Supporting training, development, and performance of the service team
Our ideal candidate will bring:
  • Strong experience in motorcycle servicing or workshop management (leadership experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment
  • Full qualifications or relevant experience (WOF-issuing authority is a big bonus)
  • A team-first mindset with the confidence to lead by example
  • A good sense of humour - essential around here
Bonus points if you also have:
  • Experience with Suzuki, Kawasaki, Beta, or CF Moto
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Service Manager role
Why Join Whyteline?
  • A leadership role in a well-established, family-owned business (50 years strong in the community)
  • A varied workload across multiple brands and bike types
  • No weekend work — enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays
  • A great lifestyle location with easy access to coastlines, trails, and the outdoors
  • A supportive, down-to-earth team that genuinely enjoys working together
