Centro Café is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista/Cafe Manager to join our team! If you have a love for great coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 2 years of experience as both a barista and a manager
- Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of specialty coffee
- Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- A friendly and supportive work environment
