Café Manager Needed

Honey Café (Power Future Limited) is a cafe located in Takapuna. We are looking for an experienced café manager to join our busy team.

Pay: $30 per hour

Your duties will include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and supervise staff, including rostering, training, and monitoring
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and liaise with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the café
• Coordinate menu planning and pricing in consultation with owners or chefs

Successful applicants will have:

• At least 2-year work experience in Café, including at least 6-month in a management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic financial and business management knowledge
