We are a fast-paced smash burger restaurant seeking an experienced Fry Cook to join our growing kitchen team. This role is suited to someone who works efficiently under pressure, understands high-volume service, and takes pride in consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial fryers safely and efficiently during busy service
• Prepare and cook fried menu items to a high standard
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency in a high-volume environment
• Manage fryer tallow quality, cooking times, and food presentation
• Keep the fry station clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Assist in other kitchen food prep roles as required, such as hand pressing fries, chopping onions, processing meat, and preparing our house-made sauces,

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fry cook in a commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of fryer operation and safety
• Ability to perform under pressure during peak service times
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability for evenings and weekends a plus
