This is a **Permanent Full Time Position** during education terms.

• Supervise daily catering operations, allocating work, supporting staff, and leading service during shifts.
• Deliver professional customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised dining and kitchen areas including stock rotation and supply management.
• Train, coach, and support team members while modelling high standards of behaviour and performance.
• Manage stock and food costs through effective ordering, inventory control, and adherence to food safety plans.

• Experience in a similar catering or hospitality supervisory role.
• A confident leader who can motivate teams and manage service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Reliable, physically fit, and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
• Committed to high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and personal presentation.
