About this role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Safety Response Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to share relevant information with agencies and specialist family violence NGOs to support risk assessment and safety planning for families and whānau impacted by family'violence.
You will'review the claims histories of children and young people who may be in need of care and protection or where ACC holds concerns for their safety and wellbeing and escalate concerns or high-risk situations.' Please note this is a non-client facing role.
This is a permanent position based in Hamilton. As part of the Safety Response Team, you'll work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays to meet business needs. The role is 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday.
If you are rostered to work a weekend day, you'll receive your days off during the week. The role may involve exposure to challenging information. ACC provides a collaborative environment and access to various support mechanisms, including training and professional supervision.
