Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager for our Company. We are based in Auckland.
You will be required to take care of our office business and staff and ensure all billings, invoicing, general administration is taken care of.
Position:- Office ManagerHours:- 30 hours per week
Pay Rate:- $24 per hour

Your duties would be:-
Supervise and plan the work of other administrative staff
Interview and train staff
Managing the office records and finances
Manage budgets, accounts, payroll, and prepare financial reports
Ensure the office meets health and safety requirements
Manage facilities and supply ordering
Respond to customer enquiries
Organise meetings, manage events, and take minutes
Maintain records, computer files, databases and websites.
Requirements:-
Must have at least 3 yr of experience or a bachelor's degree or higher if you do not have relevant work experience.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with policies, processes and compliance.
