Location: Auckland, New Zealand Role: Office Manager Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (40 hours/week guaranteed) Salary: $70,000 NZD per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting our team, and helping maintain our professional reputation. This is an office-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations and administration
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and replenished as required
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Maintain correspondence, documentation, and manage accounts
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to coordinate operations and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Coordinate human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
- A qualification in business, administration or other relevant area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confident using MS Office and general office systems
- Professional, friendly, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in the construction or professional services industries is a plus
- Competitive salary: $70,000 NZD per annum
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
