We are a family-run farming business operating 16,000 SU across sheep, beef, and deer breeding and finishing. We finish all our own stock, along with some trading cattle, using quality infrastructure, modern equipment, and technology to improve efficiency and make tasks easier for staff.
We’re looking for a positive, motivated person with an interest in agriculture and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong stockmanship skills and capable working dogs. Attention to detail, good observation skills, and pride in both stock and property are important to us.The majority of the role involves stock work, with some general farm and machinery duties as required. Experience will be gained across a range of country, from irrigated finishing crops to oversown hill country. This role will help provide you with the skills you need to manage a diverse operation to a high standard.
Work may also be available for a partner.We offer a competitive hourly rate plus additional benefits.
The property is located in the friendly community of Dipton, with school and recreational opportunities nearby. A four-bedroom house is provided.
