Caldwell Contracting is a family owned Contracting business based at Edendale, Southland. We are specialist in Agricultural, Transport, Civil and Environmental Contracting services. Our different divisions keep us busy all year round.

Caldwell Contracting are seeking an forward thinking friendly office administrator / logistics support person to join our fun supportive Admin and Management team.

The Role includes
  • All Administrative duties as required
  • Assist our core administration team team with with ongoing sales invoicing
  • Maintain and updating spreadsheets
  • Health and Safety - inductions, incident reporting, and compliance registers
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures for general business and H & S.
Logistics support is supporting our Dispatching Managers and staff.
  • Becoming a Trainer and "Go To" person with our industry specific app.
  • Entering and reviewing projects when required.
  • Reviewing weights , product samples and collating for customer
  • Maintain training records
  • Supporting audits and compliance checks
Attributes Required (you will bring to Us)
  • Proficiency & experience in office administration functions, specifically with xero and basic accounting and office systems.
  • Must be Pro active and gain satisfaction from completed tasks
  • Thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
  • High level of communicator both verbal and written
  • Understanding of agricultural, farming and rural practices is preferred.
