Job Title: Office Administrator – Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week)
Job Description:So Sweet, a fresh produce grower based in Woodlands Southland, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to run our busy office.
This sole-charge, part-time role suits someone confident handling all core admin tasks. It’s hands-on, varied, and key to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll processing, staff leave, and contract admin
Xero data entry, invoicing, and account reconciliation
Stock tracking and reporting
Answering phones and greeting visitors
General admin – document control, filing, ordering, etc.
Support for HR, Health & Safety, and food compliance (training provided)
About You:
Prior experience in a sole-charge or senior admin role
Strong knowledge of NZ payroll systems
Confident using Xero and Microsoft Office
Professional phone manner and people skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
