Pinnacle Pools is a locally owned and operated business specialising in the installation of high-quality fibreglass swimming pools across the Wellington region. We take pride in our workmanship, customer service, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

The Role:

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Swimming Pool Builder to join our team. This role will involve everything from site prep to plumbing and finishing—and offers a variety of work in different locations. A background in fibreglass work is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Excavate and prepare sites for pool Construction

Construction of pools ready for fibreglass

Perform backfilling, leveling, and finishing work

Follow site plans, specs, and safety procedures

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Ensure a high standard of workmanship and site cleanliness

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience in fibreglass pool installation or related fibreglass work (e.g., boats, spas, tanks)

General construction or landscaping experience

Good physical fitness and comfort working outdoors

Attention to detail and pride in a job well done

NZ driver’s licence

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
