We're looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running efficiently, handling day-to-day tasks with accuracy and a professional touch.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing emails, calls, and general correspondence
  • Updating records, filing, and data entry
  • Supporting management with scheduling and reporting
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining office systems
  • Helping out with payroll, invoicing, or accounts support (if experienced)
What we're after:
  • Previous admin or office experience
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • A friendly, approachable nature with the ability to adapt to different situations
  • Someone who can take ownership of tasks and keep the office ticking
