We're looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our team. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running efficiently, handling day-to-day tasks with accuracy and a professional touch.
What you'll be doing:- Managing emails, calls, and general correspondence
- Updating records, filing, and data entry
- Supporting management with scheduling and reporting
- Ordering supplies and maintaining office systems
- Helping out with payroll, invoicing, or accounts support (if experienced)
- Previous admin or office experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- A friendly, approachable nature with the ability to adapt to different situations
- Someone who can take ownership of tasks and keep the office ticking
