JJ Limited is a large Tractor and Machinery retailer servicing the Southern Rural community for over 65 years. We sell and service leading brands including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, Farmet and Pottinger.
We’re seeking an Administrator to join our Head Office team. This versatile role involves office administration, financial support, payroll, health and safety coordination, marketing and more.- Hours: 40 hours a week, negotiable to the right applicant.
- Location: Head Office, Invercargill
- Office and financial administration.
- Payroll processing—ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support health and safety compliance and initiatives.
- Support the company marketing role
What We’re Looking For
Essential:- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- To be happy to do all required from filing to payroll
- An ability & passion to learn new skills
- Ability to collaborate and adapt in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
- Creditor processing
- Experience with Pronto
- Health and safety co-ordination
- Practical experience with payroll, finance, and office admin.
