At Harcourts Invercargill, we're on the hunt for a proactive and creative Office Administrator to help support our busy team and elevate our brand across digital and traditional platforms
About the Role
This is no ordinary admin role - you'll be at the heart of our marketing and brand presence. We're looking for someone with initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to:- Support our lead marketing coordinator with newspaper ads, property carousels, the digital Bluebook, newsletters, and website updates.
- Act as a "roving PA" for sales agents - helping film testimonials, write personal stories, and craft agent-specific blogs, newsletters, and database communications.
- Collaborate with the Property Management and BDM teams to boost branding and generate new business leads.
- Plan and schedule regular, varied content across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ensure our website is kept fresh and relevant.
- Previous experience in office administration (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of social media, Canva, and digital content tools
- Experience with basic video editing and content scheduling platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
