About the Role

Are you an innovative thinker with a desire and personality to build strong client relationships and revenue growth? Mount Campbell Communications is looking for an Account Manager to lead the charge in managing and expanding our key client base.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients across our network.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Promote our full product range, especially services with ongoing network connection fees.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide timely quotes and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Reporting regularly to the Operational Manager.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally in telecommunications.
  • Strong technical sales and solution-based selling background.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and client data analysis.
Bonus: Knowledge of RF systems and in particular Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Tier 3 networks is a plus – training will be provided!
