Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Wellington location within New Zealand's premier fitness retail network. This leadership role offers the opportunity to leverage your retail expertise while driving continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching and mentoring
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management
- Actively engage in face-to-face selling, product demonstrations, and customer consultations
- Handle complex sales negotiations and high-value transactions
- Implement operational excellence standards and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards that reflect our brand values
- Proven retail management experience with demonstrated sales achievement
- Strong face-to-face selling skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Excellent knowledge of fitness and health industry products
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and technology
- Physical capability for retail operations (occasional lifting up to 100kg with assistance)
- Full New Zealand driver's license and immediate availability preferred
