Salary: NZD $32–35 per hour (based on experience)

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
• Ensure full compliance with NZ Post, Lotte, and relevant legal requirements
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
• Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to maintain high standards
• Manage financial transactions, cash handling, and reporting
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and overall organization
• Develop strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or convenience store management experience OR a Diploma in Business or higher qualification
• Strong knowledge of legal and compliance requirements, particularly for NZ Post and Lotte operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
