Store Manager - Wellington
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Store Manager to lead our iconic store.
Stewart Dawsons Wellington has a long and proud history in the Wellington CBD and we're looking for a passionate leader to take it on its next journey.
As the Store Manager your role will be a crucial part of the store's success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets.
You'll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation and within the broader community. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and our people.
Hours: full time- Normal roster is 40 hours per week across Tue - Sat
To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:
- Proven experience in leading and growing a business
- An exceptional seller with extensive sales leadership experience
- Seeking to exceed store sales budgets and KPIs
- Energetic, positive and enthusiastic
- Be professionally presented, well-spoken and engaging
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
Applicants must be available to work weekends, late night or public holidays if the business demands it.
