About the RoleWe’re on the lookout for a proactive and personable Call Centre Representative (Administrator) to join our supportive and vibrant Patient Service Centre team in Waiora CBD. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a wide range of enquiries and appointment needs with professionalism and care.You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting our goal of delivering high-quality service that ensures a positive patient experience.
