- About the roleWe're looking for a Business Analyst to join our People Group at Toitū Te Whenua, where you'll play a key role in modernising the systems that support our people.You'll work alongside our Senior Digital Specialist and Senior Data & Business Analyst to streamline processes, improve user experience, and drive automation that enables our teams to focus on what they do best.
- Skills & ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:Proven business analysis experience, especially in gathering and translating user requirementsConfidence in process mapping and identifying automation opportunitiesAbility to build and develop automation toolsExperience with HR or other compliance-based systems and toolsStrong logical thinking and numerical skillsA curious mindset and tenacity for solving complex problemsA delivery-focused approach with ownership and adaptabilityExcellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across diverse teams The annual full-time salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 depending on skills and experience.
