Farm Manager
Farm Manager – Rototahi Station
Genetics Manager – Puatai Station
Whangara Farms is well underway with the implementation of its Reset Recovery Plan, following the appointment of a new CEO and the launch of a refreshed business strategy. The Plan focuses on decentralisation, farm-level accountability, and long-term sustainability.
As part of this next phase, our farms are shifting from a centralised system to independent operating units, each with its own leadership, responsibilities, and performance targets. This transition gives managers greater autonomy to lead with purpose, while being directly accountable for operational and financial outcomes.
We are now recruiting for two key management roles as part of this transformation: ________________________________________
- Farm Manager – Rototahi Station
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and is committed to operational excellence.
________________________________________- Genetics Manager – Puatai Station
This is a strategic and operational role, ideal for someone with strong farm management experience and a passion for livestock improvement.
