Greenhouse Operator

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Operator to join our team who will play a crucial role in optimising crop production through:

• Operating ag equipment, including tractors and harvesters
• GMaintain accurate harvest and production records
• Implement precise fertiliser, pesticide, and irrigation applications.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of machinery and troubleshoot any issues.
• Work closely with farm managers, the processing team, and your dirct team members.

• Prior experience operating tractors.
• Willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in using GPS systems and data management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
• Team player
• Ability to identify process improvements, big or small
